Valor Africa Events provides event discovery, ticketing, and organizer services. This notice explains how optional advertising measurement works on this website. It is not a complete description of the information processed when you use an account, wallet, or ticket service.

Optional advertising cookies

With your permission, this website may load Meta Pixel on public pages to measure visits, public event-page views, and ticket-checkout starts for advertising. After an order is confirmed as paid, the order-status page may also send a Purchase event containing the order amount in KES and an event identifier. Meta may receive information such as your browser or device identifiers, IP address, the page you viewed, and interactions with public event content. Meta processes information under its own Privacy Policy.

Meta Pixel is not loaded unless you choose “Accept optional cookies” in the cookie notice. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent use of the website. Pixel tracking is not enabled on account, wallet, ticket, or organizer-dashboard pages. The order-status page does not send a PageView; it can send a Purchase event only for a confirmed paid order and only if you accepted optional cookies. Purchase events are deduplicated in this browser. Update this notice if your tracking practices change.

Change or withdraw your choice

When Meta Pixel is configured, use the “Cookie settings” button to accept or reject optional cookies. Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage. If you withdraw consent after accepting, the Pixel is instructed to stop sending events; deleting browser data also clears your saved choice.
